Recognizing and Addressing Burnout

The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the feeling of burnout in many people, especially women. In an earlier blog post, I wrote about the shocking number of women who had to drop out of the workforce because of their responsibilities as a mother. Women are three times more likely to take care of the children than men, and this can increase feelings of stress, exhaustion, and feeling as though you are not doing enough. Consequently, I wanted to highlight that this is a natural phenomenon, and it is important to recognize and address burnout.
